Accomplishing your Dreams

A great big secret to a successful life  is to surround yourself  with people who love the Lord.  Who  really care about you.  Ones who will be a part of your very own "dream team" Those who will believe in you,"support" and "encourage you" when your going through challenges discovering how God has called you and setting about the business of getting there.

You can be a Housewife doing in home bible study's or prayer gatherings, A market place minister who has lunch with others encouraging and sharing Jesus with those God has placed in your path.  Or a Business man or Woman.  God needs you wherever you may be.  I have done all of these things and still do an exiting variety of ministry today.
These four things are just a few important thoughts and ideas to help you on your way.

* Find the specific arena "your gifting" A comfort zone that is natural to you.and hard for others.
* Have the courage to get out of your box and get started.  Don't wait!  people need Gods gifting in you.
* Endure, and push through difficult days and persevere.  Pray often God will shed light opening doors.
* Your attitude should be one of  willingness to keep going forward an doing whatever it takes.

Most great inventors, medical researchers, and Ministers of the Gospel continually made mistakes innumerable to count, but never gave up.  Thank goodness for their tenacity or we wouldn't have our wonderful electricity blessed cures or the vast ministry of Christ to reach the multitudes in this hour.

The Lord reminds me of is T.L. Osborn a great Evangelist to all nations and tribes.  Who as a small child  began his ministry by filling his little wagon up with story's about Jesus and witnessed in his own neighborhood full of children.

Select friends who will listen, help, and encourage you when going through the hard times, Going through these challenging seasons are just part of life.  We can't escape it! they are necessary for change to happen especially when Gods in it!   So if you have a "woe is me" mentality it will be harder for you to get to the next rung in the ladder of life to bigger and better things unless you "mature" past this attitude. (the devil loves to play with our mind with negative thoughts)  Again "Pray"  Keeping in mind prayer is simply having quiet and intimate time with God.  Spending quality time asking for "His" direction and help is a "vital key" to your success. The Lord deeply cares for you and I and  longs for you to place your prayer times with Him  "first place"  above all else. The fruits of this will richly bless you daily as you spend this vital time with Him..

One more thing "enjoy" seasons of "advancement and change" it may be like a Spiritual roller coaster at times just like the rides at the fair.  So why not enjoy  traveling with the ups and downs with just as much enthusiasm and excitement. The Lord always works all things out for our good as we learn to trust Him completely.

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all thy heart and lean not unto your own understanding; in all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct our paths. Continuing to read on will encourage and fill you with even more faith and truth.

Now Below I have added some great ways to energize and keep your body fit and healthy while your making these positive changes happen in your life.

* Energizing Superfoods to the rescue
I have given up on refined and processed foods.  It hasn't been easy , but I can truthfully say my stomach feels a lot more content after having years of indigestion problems  While I'm also starting to find many little clues to why other little things in my body have been out of  "whack " so to speak but are now getting better as well.

Try blending and juicing a couple times a day.  There are many directions to go.  I have been blessed when my children  purchased a "Bullet" juicer and I'm loving it!  It has helped me wean off of wrong  eating habits with nutritious combinations of juicing.  learning about the vitamins and herbs that my body has been missing helps  while doing private research on my own.  I love my America, but the fast foods " sugar and carbohydrates" have to go!  Once we become conscious of the right kind of foods that are good for our body we can see and feel the difference immediately and with Gods help it repairs itself beautifully.  Try these suggestions

* Kale and dark green vegetables.
Add kale to your shopping list and add it in your fresh salads along with other dark leafy vegetables like "Swiss chard" Spinach, mustard greens.  The darker the leaves indicates the rich abundance of magnesium-bearing chlorophyll which most of our population are only getting a fraction of.
Mix-em up and get used to the different richness of their flavors in soups and fresh salads. You will notice a few unnecessary pounds melting away while your at it as I have!   A "Big Hurray"to that!!

N.L.T. Psalm 37:23 The steps of the Godly are ordered of the Lord.  he delights in every detail of their lives. The Lord is more interested in the little things than we realize so why not just "Thank Him" for all the things He does for us and be continually reminded that our "identity" is in Christ Jesus  and as we rest in knowing how much He loves us and will always be totally complete and secure in Him as we undergo moments of  insecurities and challenges in our lives. We are "beautiful" in Gods eyes and  "Nothing is Impossible"with Him , when we line ourselves up with His word  "that's what really counts" in our lives.

Since eyes are an important to see into Gods wonderful world, here are a few helpful hints to enhance the outer and inner beauty within them.

Using the eyeliner of your choice. Brush, pencil, or liquid liner in soft color and a magnifying mirror.

* Close set eyes
In an outward flow, line both your upper and lower lids by extending the liner outward  from the center of your eye.  Always use a foundation and powder on face it helps keep eyeliner on.
* Deep set eyes
Lining the outer three quarters on both the upper and lower lids blend carefully.
* Narrow eyes
Line from center of upper and lower lid outward. Then extend ends upward and out softly blending.
* Average eye
Beginning at inner corner of eye working to the outer edge. Then turn line upward at the end of upper lid and lower lid with soft outward strokes follow to enhance the finished look.
*Always start out using medium shades rather than too dark.  Blending well to achieve a natural look.

A Great Big God Bless YOU as you follow your special dreams!

Beautiful NEW! Beginnings

My thought for you are of good and not evil says the Lord  "please read" Jeremiah 29 11-14.

So think Good thoughts about yourself today and know how wonderfully God has loved and gifted you.   Start to enjoy your special gifting s and talents.  You are created to do what only you can do and no one else can take your place. God wants you to be fulfilled in how He has created you.  Psalms 139 tells us we are wonderfully hand made perfectly the way God wanted you to be.  You are also beautiful in Gods eyes and He has given you all you need to accomplish your dreams and visions.  After all they are your  personal gift from Him.

Hebrews 12:1
Since we are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses (many examples of faithful saints of God in heaven) we must get rid of everything that slows us down. Especially sin that distracts us. We must run the race that lies ahead and never give up!

So many people in the Bible have given their lives for us so we could have the freedom in Christ we have today. Rahab once the prostitute who made the decision to follow God and then He helped her deliver her family from destruction.  King David who fell in love with a married woman and later had the husband killed. The Lord forgave him of this great sin.  Read in Hebrew the list goes on and on.  The Lord continually showing us that everyone had a past.  He is also letting us know that we also have a wonderful future in Christ.
 No one else can forgive us our sins and help us to start over except Jesus. What have you done today or yesterday.  I'm sure you have a long list as I have.  Hebrews lets us know just how much God wanted to help us get back up again and "never give up"! Jesus is our "mediator" just go to Him and ask forgiveness just as so many others have done in ancient days till now. This is what salvation is all about don't miss this beautiful present from God in His son Jesus. Don't hold any more inside it's time to lay it down and start over through Jesus..   Do it today.

Make up your mind to eat right take better care of your body and surround yourself with good encouraging friends.  It's the only body you'll ever have and it's the only life you'll ever have.
Discouragement and depression is not from God so start making a practice of letting only the people who like and love you for who you are inside.  Too many discouragements actually destroys hearts and lives and ultimately cause a brekdown in your body.  What a waste.  God loves you and will "never give up on you" so "don't" give up on him.

Depression and discouragement comes from a "deep hidden suppressed anger" over sad and unhappy things that have happened in your life . Get the help you need to start to gt well again. Jesus is the "Greatest Healer and Comforter" and remember if you can work things out by removal of certain things and circumstances, God has also raised up gifted wonderful doctors to help you in your healing process.

  Going shopping or having lunch  with a friend to help you get back on target with your personal happiness.  If your friends are pulling you down start meeting new people in the right places where they will appreciate you for who you are.   A good Spirit filled church and caring friends who love the Lord) will be of greatest help.  God wants to help you with those that He has placed in your path but you must seek an ask Him first.  He loves and deeply desires to extend His hand out to help you. So begin seek and ask Him.  You have a wonderful destiny from the Lord.  Don't waste any more time.  Get started anew.  Every day is a new beginning in Christ. And don't give up! There was a season in my life when I had to do this very same thing "it changed my whole life "thank God" for His sweet and unconditional love for us!  He has become my very best friend, brother and most of all "my Savior"

Armed and ready to go again!

Today I have spent way too much time on the phone and the computer taking care of some business matters that should have taken only a few minutes. Very exasperating to say the least!
My husband has come and gone for lunch and even he even had time for a 20 minute power nap! And here I am with makeup still only half on. hair frazzled and the only thing I feel good about is that I did get a quick nourishing breakfast my morning walk and and made our bed.

I had such high hopes to get cought up with some paper work, organizing advertizing  and of course my blogging that I've been a little behind in. But forgetting my crazy morning a  pep me up salad for lunch and protein drink will get me back on track and off I go again to get a few more things acomplished before tomorrow is here with an " art fair"  to prepare for and a newsy pamphlet to complete for my special handouts.  Wow! I feel like the little train in the old childrens book I read to my little girls. "I think I can I think I can"

On the more relaxing side (especially for days like I had today)  I made a very healthy nut spread yesterday which I'd like you to try. It's a  great protein booster and a feel good treat  (for the mid day hungrys)  it's a decadent tasting chocolate nut spread  thats  almost bad "but not."  For times you need a little something extra special to relax with.  Try it with fresh sliced apples or bananas and some  iced mint tea like I had  today. A little fresh air and a great treat will turn any  " Crabby Oscar"  into a happy " little miss Piggy"  in no time.

** Almond Chocolate Spread
*Grind up some almonds ( about 1 cup) in a bullet blender or  (whatever you use to blend) with.
 *Add a little water and coconut oil equal to the amount of nuts you use,
*3-4 tablespoons of stevia,
*a dash of organic salt
* a tablespoon of brown sugar (only if you don't like the taste of all pure stevia).
* Blend together and finally adding in a couple of tablespoons of cocoa powder. To your taste.

Cocoa is a great antioxidant.  The almonds are a fantastic protein.  The coconut oil is good for the brain and memory.
It should come out kind of like a peanut butter consistency.  You can add or take away whatever you like its all according to what you like.  I have even added soy flour in case it needs a little more thickness.  like I said it's all up to you.   It's very healthy and tasty with no artificial additives or fake stuff!!

P. S its also a lot less expensive than the popular (low fat and calorie candy bars) you see around today plus it's fun and less expensive.
I have made this mixture keeping it in a jar in the refrigerator or spreadit on wax paper adding walnuts on top or even a slice of cherry.   flatten and put in freezer and later cut or break it into bite size pieces.  Do you own thing its fun!

** Read Gods word today to  grow  Spiritually Healthy **

Daniel 1:8-15  Remember Daniel He refused all the sweet and delicate fancy foods in Babylon. ( Much like the rich and unhealthy sodas and pastry foods of our day)  He inwardly knew how to stay "healthy and strong" he had to stay focused on a healthy food intake indulging in greens grains and nuts an lean meat. Look it up for yourself and see why God could use him in  " most uncertain times" that could have meant  his " fall" rather than his promotion much like Joseph had encountered.  Both " Patriarchs" leaving us an example of choosing to live for God which resulted in Divine Sovereignty and deliverance rather than living in defiance which ultimately results in sickness or even death. Be richly blessed today and every day as we grow together in His Love and wisdom.  And never forget how much Jesus loves you!  If you miss it!  Don't ever  give up  we just start over  "With Jesus help"!   I love You!

**Fashion Tips to create and enhance your figure.

**To enhance a small bust line wear bright colored shirts, pockets, staying away from the clingy looks or low plunging necklines.
**To lengthen neck, wear open button down collars or a v neck. Stay away from scarves or turtle necks that being more attention to a shorter neckline.  to shorten the neck do the opposite wearing cowl and turtle necks and necklaces.
** To slim the bottom area wear black and a lighter top. A gorgeous shirt or jewlry that takes the eyes off your lower body.  Also more flattering to avoid plaids paterns and stripes.
** A longer leg can be acheived by wearing one color with same color shoes and hose. Avoid shorter cropped pants which reduce height rather than elongate.
**Shortening long legs is greatly complimented by  cropped pants, patterns, and longer tops. Also avoiding high waistlines that make you appear even longer.
** Minimize a fuller bust by a v neck line. Adorning your face with lovely earings and jewelry bringing attention to your eye area and face. Staying away from clingy an low cut tops.
