Armed and ready to go again!

Today I have spent way too much time on the phone and the computer taking care of some business matters that should have taken only a few minutes. Very exasperating to say the least!
My husband has come and gone for lunch and even he even had time for a 20 minute power nap! And here I am with makeup still only half on. hair frazzled and the only thing I feel good about is that I did get a quick nourishing breakfast my morning walk and and made our bed.

I had such high hopes to get cought up with some paper work, organizing advertizing  and of course my blogging that I've been a little behind in. But forgetting my crazy morning a  pep me up salad for lunch and protein drink will get me back on track and off I go again to get a few more things acomplished before tomorrow is here with an " art fair"  to prepare for and a newsy pamphlet to complete for my special handouts.  Wow! I feel like the little train in the old childrens book I read to my little girls. "I think I can I think I can"

On the more relaxing side (especially for days like I had today)  I made a very healthy nut spread yesterday which I'd like you to try. It's a  great protein booster and a feel good treat  (for the mid day hungrys)  it's a decadent tasting chocolate nut spread  thats  almost bad "but not."  For times you need a little something extra special to relax with.  Try it with fresh sliced apples or bananas and some  iced mint tea like I had  today. A little fresh air and a great treat will turn any  " Crabby Oscar"  into a happy " little miss Piggy"  in no time.

** Almond Chocolate Spread
*Grind up some almonds ( about 1 cup) in a bullet blender or  (whatever you use to blend) with.
*Add a little water and coconut oil equal to the amount of nuts you use,
*3-4 tablespoons of stevia,
*a dash of organic salt
* a tablespoon of brown sugar (only if you don't like the taste of all pure stevia).
* Blend together and finally adding in a couple of tablespoons of cocoa powder. To your taste.

Cocoa is a great antioxidant.  The almonds are a fantastic protein.  The coconut oil is good for the brain and memory.
It should come out kind of like a peanut butter consistency.  You can add or take away whatever you like its all according to what you like.  I have even added soy flour in case it needs a little more thickness.  like I said it's all up to you.   It's very healthy and tasty with no artificial additives or fake stuff!!

P. S its also a lot less expensive than the popular (low fat and calorie candy bars) you see around today plus it's fun and less expensive.
I have made this mixture keeping it in a jar in the refrigerator or spreadit on wax paper adding walnuts on top or even a slice of cherry.   flatten and put in freezer and later cut or break it into bite size pieces.  Do you own thing its fun!

** Read Gods word today to  grow  Spiritually Healthy **

Daniel 1:8-15  Remember Daniel He refused all the sweet and delicate fancy foods in Babylon. ( Much like the rich and unhealthy sodas and pastry foods of our day)  He inwardly knew how to stay "healthy and strong" he had to stay focused on a healthy food intake indulging in greens grains and nuts an lean meat. Look it up for yourself and see why God could use him in  " most uncertain times" that could have meant  his " fall" rather than his promotion much like Joseph had encountered.  Both " Patriarchs" leaving us an example of choosing to live for God which resulted in Divine Sovereignty and deliverance rather than living in defiance which ultimately results in sickness or even death. Be richly blessed today and every day as we grow together in His Love and wisdom.  And never forget how much Jesus loves you!  If you miss it!  Don't ever  give up  we just start over  "With Jesus help"!   I love You!

**Fashion Tips to create and enhance your figure.

**To enhance a small bust line wear bright colored shirts, pockets, staying away from the clingy looks or low plunging necklines.
**To lengthen neck, wear open button down collars or a v neck. Stay away from scarves or turtle necks that being more attention to a shorter neckline.  to shorten the neck do the opposite wearing cowl and turtle necks and necklaces.
** To slim the bottom area wear black and a lighter top. A gorgeous shirt or jewlry that takes the eyes off your lower body.  Also more flattering to avoid plaids paterns and stripes.
** A longer leg can be acheived by wearing one color with same color shoes and hose. Avoid shorter cropped pants which reduce height rather than elongate.
**Shortening long legs is greatly complimented by  cropped pants, patterns, and longer tops. Also avoiding high waistlines that make you appear even longer.
** Minimize a fuller bust by a v neck line. Adorning your face with lovely earings and jewelry bringing attention to your eye area and face. Staying away from clingy an low cut tops.
